Yes. Simply click the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, then click the 'My Subscriptions' tab, and click or tap the orange button labeled 'Suspend'.

Your subscription will remain suspended until such time as you choose to unpause it, and you will not be billed or receive any deliveries during the suspended period.
